Prices For Services And Appointments

  • First Visit: Evaluation - $250

    New patients undergo evaluation for their first visit with Dr. Ashley Anderson, PT, DPT (60 minute maximum)

  • Revisit - $100

    All following visits: treatments, consultations, re-evaluations (30-60 minutes)

Payment Service Agreement

Payment for services is due in full and required prior to the appointment. Please ask if you would like documentation for personal insurance reimbursement.
